A wonderful long vintage garland or necklace from India. It came from a country house clearance whose previous owners had obviously travelled extensively. I'm assuming it was for ceremonial purposes as it is very large & impressive.
It's made from sparkly gold metallic wire & bullion thread, tassels & bright silk.
Fun to wear or simply display.
